This morning I was eating breakfast and looking at Mrs. Butterworth on the kitchen table. Suddenly I realized that she was doing Kinhin, or walking meditation right there in my house! Compare her to these other people doing Kinhin-They have same hand position and are looking downwards at a 45 degree angle!
It is wonderful to know that in this lonely house of Moondor there are others (some thick and rich) who are walking the somber halls at all hours seeking the way.You go Girl!
